Dealer (Based in Kuala Lumpur)


  1. To take initiative role in handling the overall day to day management of the Branch towards increasing operating efficiency and achieving the objectives targeted at revenues, margins and volumes for the derivatives products.
  2. To assist the Branch and implement marketing strategies including spearhead advertising, promotional activities on products offered by company, organizing and coordinate roadshows and seminars.
  3. To provide support to dealing, operation and channels.
  4. To be responsible for: (a) executing client’s orders, (b) confirmation trade execution to client, and (c) immediately report any discrepancy between client’s order and trade confirmation to immediate superior.
  5. To secure sponsorship to assist publicity and funding of marketing projects.
  6. To maintain clients database and to build customers and channels rapport and relationship.
  7. To submit monthly reports.
  8. To carry out market research and customers surveys to assess demand, company branding and awareness.
  9. To work closely with other fellow subsidiary companies of PhillipCapital on activities relating to marketing and seminars.
  10. To be responsible for Branch performance on audit and compliance in line with the internal policy, standard and procedures and other regulatory requirements.
  11. To undertake specific assignment as instructed by the Management.
  12. To successfully obtain and maintain CMSRL issued by Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Exchange.
