Marketing Executive / Dealer (Based in Kuala Lumpur (HQ) / Kota Damansara / Johor Bahru)

Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales

  1. Provide support and initiating marketing activities across Malaysia including but not limited to exhibition, road shows, webinars and seminars.
  2. Compile, evaluate and follow up on leads generated.
  3. Perform daily duties in Sales and marketing.
  4. Attend to customers’ enquiries from emails, phone calls and walk-in relating to products and trades enquiry.
  5. Travel to meet clients and attend meetings within Malaysia.
  6. To obtain and maintain CMSRL issued by SC and Bursa Malaysia, and comply with industry rules and regulations.
  7. To attain product knowledge and industry updates.

Responsibilities: Dealing and Trade execution

  1. To provide trade execution and perform all dealing duties.
  2. To update customers on market movements, and maintain clients relationship.
  3. To prepare and submit branch reports and statistics to HOD on a regular basis.

Senior Marketing Executive/Dealer (Based in Kota Damansara)


You will participate in the development and expansion of Phillip Futures’ Malaysia’s business activities, assisting the Head of Department in implementing business development strategies for Malaysia and other SE Asia region.

You create the first service impression of the company to our clients with the mission to deliver consistent high level of client service for both new and existing client.   The job requires you to engage in client acquisition activities through follow up on referred leads, events participation, networking and implementing other expansion strategies.

In addition, you will support existing clients, providing trade and dealing execution services, and other personalized product and platform coaching sessions to help clients’ trading needs and assisting client to make informed trading decision.

You will also support the team to plan marketing and business development activities such as client engagement events, seminars, and other traditional or digital marketing publicity.
